You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. To minimize expenses, we recommend using USPS Ground Advantage for your shipment.
For added security, we strongly suggest selecting a trackable shipping service and purchasing additional insurance if your item exceeds the carrier’s standard coverage. Since we cannot guarantee receipt of your return, tracking your package ensures the best chance of successful delivery.
Once we receive your return, we process it within 24 hours, so be sure to check your email for credit notifications.
Return & Exchange Policy
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must remain unused and in their original condition as sold.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that gift wrapping and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to inspection upon receipt of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the seller is not liable for any damage incurred during return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Please ensure that only eligible items are returned. Returns outside the designated window, items with strong odors (such as perfume), pet hair, or signs of use cannot be accepted. If an item is deemed ineligible, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have it returned to you. Help us keep the return process smooth and hassle-free!
